Teen/Adult Ballet Sessions
Ever wonder why ballet-type exercise is such the trend right now? It's because the rest of the world has just now figured out that ballet training is the best for working and training your muscles for their optimum use. There's a reason dancers tend to be fit and trim! Ballet is also an art form, so it's a creative and fun way to express your artistic side. Come take the REAL thing and join us for Ballet or Contemporary/Modern Sessions this Fall. We will run each session for 6-weeks and payment must be made in full when registering. There is no additional registration fee for these sessions. Intermediate Teen/Adult Ballet students must have had some classical ballet training in the past.
Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet Session begins October 30th - Tuesdays, 7:30-8:30pm - $75/6 weeks
Teen/Adult Intermediate Ballet Session begins October 31st - Wednesdays, 7-8:00pm - $75/6 weeks
*NEW* Teen/Adult Intermediate Contemporary Session begins November 1st - Thursdays, 7-8:00pm - $75/6 weeks

NEW! Yoga Classes
Yoga is a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, and sometimes meditation derived from Yoga but often practiced independently especially in Western cultures to promote physical and emotional well-being. Come take Yoga Alliance classes by instructor, Robin Bruekmann, on Mondays at 2:30-3:15pm in our GB studios. There is no contract, so feel free just to drop in and pay only $10/class paid directly to the instructor. These classes are small and intimate, which facilitates a relaxing atmosphere. The instructor offers some props, but you may want to eventually get your own. Ballroom dance refers to a set of partner dances, which are enjoyed both socially and competitively around the world. Ballroom dance may refer, at its widest, to almost any type of social dancing as recreation. However, with the emergence of dancesport in modern times, the term has become narrower in scope. It usually refers to the International Standard and International Latin style dances.the n Instructor, Tim Saunders offers lessons in a variety of ballroom dance at the Greensboro Ballet. Whether you are a beginner or an accomplished ballroom dancer, Mr. Saunders can offer you an exciting opportunity to gain new skills that will help you shine the next time you go dancing.
